Tag a Tile
How do you fancy having your very own personalised tile on the church roof for just £10.00 with an inscription or £5.00 without.
Here’s how the scheme will work:
Approximately 1500 new tiles will be needed to replace the old cedar shingles.
You purchase the number of tiles you require, to which your name, dedication, message or prayer will be attached. You will be joining with others in a common bond to ensure that our church is secure against the elements for at least the next 100 years.
You can write your own text or, if you prefer we can do it for you, after which it will be permanently fixed to the underside of a tile.
Once the work is completed next year you will know that your particular tile will continue to do its vital job almost certainly for your lifetime and beyond.
Each time you come to St Mary’s or pass by you will remember the inscription which you chose and be assured that your tile is helping to preserve this part of our heritage for future generations.
